Jen had to be at work at 8:30 today, and her job isn't quite like my job where you can walk snow-covered through the door an hour late without anyone giving you shit about it. So, we did the standard Mill D tour, but we started an hour earlier than we normally do. We actually ended up moving a bit faster than I expected and had to wait on top for 20 minutes and drink hot chocolate while we waited for the sun to rise so we could actually ski. The 4:00 alarm was definitely worth it when we dropped in though. The snow was incredibly good, and the temperatures were much more reasonable than the single-digit stuff yesterday.
