Back on two wheels again. This time Jen and I joined a crew consisting of Grant, Dave, Alex, Allison, and Jim for a weekend in Fruita. Unfortunately, it rained like crazy Sunday, so we only got in one day of riding, but it was still a really good day. We rode the Ribbon Trail in the morning (OK, so it was noon), which is a definite contender for coolest trail ever. Giant sandstone slabs, steep rollovers, tech, singletrack, and even a 3rd class climb-a-bike. Then we headed back to road for short loops, cold beer, a big dinner, and a whole shitload of wind.
